Warranty Informaiton
LIMITED LIFETIME
WARRANTY "ORIGINAL OWNER"
Precision Flight Controls, Inc, (PFC)
warrants our products against defects in materials or workmanship for
the lifetime of the product from the date of original purchase. PFC
will (at it's option) either repair or replace equipment at no charge
to include the following components:
Limited Lifetime
- Cables
- Springs
- Bushings
- Dampers
- Internal wiring
- Internal castings
This warranty does not cover damage resulting
from accident, unreasonable use, neglect, alterations, improper
service, improper installation, improper connections with peripherals
or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or
workmanship. Any service or repair provided outside the scope of this
limited warranty shall be at PFC's rates and terms in effect.
Parts excluded after the one year
- Decals
- Knobs
- Levers
- Finishes
- All Switches
- Landing Gear Switch/ Electronics (not broken by abuse)
- Internal encoders and potentiometers
- Digital Controller Interface
NOTE:
A minimum service/handling charge of
$25.00 which includes domestic shipping. Overseas shipping may be
higher.RMA (returned
merchandise authorization) must be requested and approved prior to
repair or replacement. Items must be returned it their original
container and insured by sender. Sender is responsible for all
shipping costs incurred.
